Yes! TaxiBuddy is completely free to use. Save unlimited taxis, organize your routes, and check community trust stats at no cost.
How does "Check Taxi" work?
When you enter a taxi phone number, we show you anonymous community stats: how many people use this taxi, their average rating, and total calls made. This helps you decide if a new taxi number is trustworthy before adding it to your list.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your route labels are private and never shared. When we show community stats, we only display anonymous totals—never individual user information. We take privacy seriously and only show aggregated data when there are enough users to maintain anonymity.
Can I use TaxiBuddy on my phone?
Yes! TaxiBuddy works on any device with a web browser. Simply visit the website on your phone, tablet, or computer. The interface is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use.
What if a taxi I want to add isn't in the system yet?
No problem! You can add any taxi by entering their phone number. If they're new to TaxiBuddy, you'll be the first to add them and start building their community trust profile.
Do drivers know when I rate them?
No. All ratings are anonymous and aggregated. Drivers cannot see individual ratings or who rated them. This ensures honest feedback and protects your privacy.
